In five weeks, across 8 modules, students are introduced to the account management
function, learn vital client engagement skills, how to nurture and develop these important
relationships plus come away with a host of useful tools to take into an AM role.

A. Introduction to Account Management:
* Module 1 – Account Management: what it is
and why it matters

B. Account Management Skills:
* Module 2 – Knowing the client
* Module 3 – Becoming a trusted advisor
* Module 4 – Approaching difficult conversations
* Module 5 – Negotiation, problem solving & decision making

C. Managing Accounts
* Module 6 – Process
* Module 7 – Tools
* Module 8 – Project Management
