Transition to Account Management Program

Course Details:

In five weeks through eight interactive modules, participants will gain a thorough introduction to the account management function. They will learn essential client engagement skills, discover how to nurture and develop crucial relationships, and acquire a toolkit of strategies for success in an account management role.

Program Outline:

A. Introduction to Account Management:

  • Module 1: Account Management: Definition and Importance

B. Account Management Skills:

  • Module 2: Understanding the Client
  • Module 3: Becoming a Trusted Advisor
  • Module 4: Mastering Difficult Conversations
  • Module 5: Skills in Negotiation, Problem Solving, and Decision Making

C. Managing Accounts:

  • Module 6: Effective Processes
  • Module 7: Essential Tools
  • Module 8: Project Management Basics

How it Works:

Participants receive access to weekly course material every Sunday and participate in coaching sessions during the week. All course materials and tools are provided throughout the program.

Two Options Available:

Join the Next Intake (Community Program):

  • Recorded Modules: Access to all weekly modules for the duration of the program.
  • Community Coaching: Weekly 30-45 minute group coaching sessions (via Zoom) to discuss topics and share insights.
  • Availability: This option is available during specific times of the year, aligned with our cohort schedules. Please refer to the schedule below for upcoming dates.
  • Investment: A$499 plus GST.

Start Now (Individual Program):

  • Recorded Modules: Immediate access to all weekly modules for the duration of the program.
  • Individual Coaching: Five personalised 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions (via Zoom), scheduled weekly at mutually convenient times.
  • Flexible Start: Start any time that suits you. Note that some blackout periods may apply throughout the year.
  • Email Support: Limited email support available for quick queries during the course.
  • Investment: A$599 plus GST.
